Happy Belated Halloween!

Well, as usual, we are a little behind on updates here. I suppose, better late than never, right?

So for our 3 Halloween parties leading up to Halloween, this was what the costumes were and what they were going to be for trick-or-treating....

Well, being the girl that she is, there was a last minute costume change a half hour before we walked out the door for trick-or-treating. Lydia was digging through Julia's closet and found the sunflower costume. She wanted Julia to wear that becuase she thought Julia would look "beautiful" in that costume. After I reminded her that they wouldn't match anymore, she thought about it for a minute and decided she didn't want to be a unicorn anyway. So surprise, surprise... this is what we ended up with:





















It was a great night. Lydia kept saying "Mama, I LOVE Trick-or-Treating!". So, Pink Princesses and Purple Unicorns aside, Halloween '09 was a big success here!
