Time for an update

So Happy 4th Birthday to Lydia... a month and a half behind. She had a great day with friends and family.

Since then, we took a family vacation up north to a great family resort near Lake Itasca. We had a great time with everyone. Lots of fun in the sun, kids activities and a few great boat rides and tubing. Lydia did great in the tube with both mom and Auntie Heather. What a big girl!

While she was a little overly attached to mom and dad, Julia had fun when she wasn't in our arms!

Lydia making her maiden voyage across the Mississippi headwaters. Walking on the rocks was so cool, but weeks later when we crossed the river in our car and pointed out to her that that was the river she walked across, it was quite the full circle moment for her.
